Audit
For existing RPA investments (or new projects) we begin with an audit or assessment of the current automation investment considering processes and technology interactions. We do this through workshops and analysing processes with our own repository of best in class ‘bots’ housed in our native suite ROLABOT.
Diagnose
Once we have a clear idea of the investment to date and/or processes in scope we can begin to build the desired state or in consulting speak the ‘TO-BE’.
Fix
If RPA ‘bots’ need decommissioning, rebuilding or improving we begin on that process for clients. The crucial difference is our Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) in business processes oversee this ‘fixing’ stage in order to make sure the ‘bot’ build is fit for purpose and future proof avoiding rebuild costs for potential process changes.
Scale
Once the RPA investment is delivering value we can work with clients to scale into other business units, geographies or potentially work on specific end to end value chains such as Hire to Retire (H2R), Purchase to Pay (P2P), Order to Case (O2C), Record to Report (R2R).
